  Within 30 minutes I had the car reserved through "doyouspain". clean with 20.000 km on the clock, Paid 135,- € plus gas for 3 weeks and forgot to bring it back on time. No problem: prolonged for 3 more days. Great service and nice, friendly staff.

  booked a car for 10am still here waiting in the Ibiza office at 11:15, there are still 2 people in front of me and customers are coming back in as soon as they have hired the car to ask to swap for a better one..

  Extremely slow service at the desk. The pick up and drop of is quick and easy, 1 minute to and from the terminal. Really cheap rental, 20 euros for 4 days. No other issues.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE NOT GOOD WANTED A 1200 DEPOSIT THIS WAS ADVERTISED BY DOYOURSPAIN AS A EXCESS NOT DEPOSIT. Wouldn't accept my card so I had no car, there was only 3 people Said they won't refund me for car even though we didn't take it. Complete waste of time and money

  Reading all negative comments here, I believe everything are true and correct..This company needs a lot of change in their organization. From rude and undfriendly staff , needs better car quality coz I feel uncomfortable driving an undependable car .dirty full of scratches and body damage.And most of all make it sure that every customer will understand easily your full terms and conditions because in the end of the day all your customers will end up disappointed the way you run your business! Very unsatisfactory service..I hope this will serve as a wake up call for u if u want to last in your business
