  I will advise everyone to choose a different company if you read this. The company offers low prices but will hit you on the return. That will make it expensive again.

  Inter rent, when you return the car they will find something in the inside of the car and the will ask you to pay 100 euro. This company Inter rent and Europcar are MAFIA! I have refused to sign and will make an official complain, but you always are on the losing end I guess. I wasn't the only one when I was returning the car all 3 customers in front of me where charged the "cleaning service" it can be luck that I spotted them, but it feels like a scam.

  Customer service took months to respond, never giving a name of the person dealing with the issue. Mistakes happen but no excuse for useless customer service.

  Check your bill! They charged me an extra day saying I left my car at 10am when I actually left it at 7am (for a 8.20am flight!)

  The worst customer service experience Ive had. Rude, disrespectful staff who did not care to help and made you feel as if they were doing me a favor by "working". Didn't have the car that was promised, got a lower category, didnt get the rate refunded and the story continues but it stressess me to tell you details. Just after more than one month still trying to get my money back. Useless nasty imcompetent. Find another one, don't waste your time here! It will be painful
